The team were professional at all times. Kept us fully informed throughout including us at every step of the project. Very approachable. Respectful of all the residents especially in our Memory Lane unit. They not only built good relationships with the team here at Kirkburn but also the residents. One gentleman in particular has a photo of the team in his room which he cherishes. All finishing was done to a high standard.
